The USER agrees to use the PORTAL and its services according to the law, morality, good customs and public order. In accordance with the current Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, it will not be possible to introduce contents or comments in the PORTAL that in any way may harm:
- Safeguarding public order, criminal investigation, public security and national defense.
- Protection of public health or natural persons who have the status of consumers or users, even when acting as investors.
- Respect for the dignity of the person and the principle of non-discrimination on the basis of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance.
- Protection of youth and children.
The USER is obliged to refrain from using the PORTAL and its services for illicit purposes or effects, contrary to those established in these General Conditions; Harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, overload or deteriorate the PORTAL and / or services, or prevent the normal use or enjoyment of the PORTAL and / or services by other users. Any violation of the obligations of the USER will enable Autolowestinsurance SA to interrupt the service in favor of the same. In any case, if Autolowestinsurance SL has effective knowledge of the activity or information stored, it will immediately report it to the competent authorities, in accordance with Law 34/2002, of July 12, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.
